Arrived in Aruba 😏

Well, we arrived yesterday, but not with my wife’s luggage. We did the usual fill-out-the-missing-luggage form but still haven’t gotten it a day later. Once we got the hotel, we had to go searching for a bathing suit, cover-up and flip-flops… how else do you get comfortable in Aruba?

It wasn’t until later in the day that we realized that we had no deodorant and other essentials.  It’s a good thing we love each other!

Today we made the best of it by going horseback riding. What a fun time. Yes, we smelled like horses … but so do they! Called United and they’re sending it today on a connection through Miami. Seriously? We hope to get it tonight.

Of course, we’re having fun – it’s a lot warmer here than in NJ.
